Editor’s Reports
Standard Editorial Report
A 7 – 9 page detailed report of your full manuscript containing an overview and comments on structure, narrative, plot and character development. Examples from the manuscript will be given to illustrate each point. The report will also include recommendations for moving forward. The Platinum package includes a marked-up manuscript and Zoom editorial session.

Some questions about Editors Reports
An editor’s report is a detailed analysis of your manuscript up to 10 pages long covering various aspects of novel writing: structure, story shape, plot, character development, prose and literary technique.
An editor’s report includes an overview and comments on structure, narrative, plot, prose style, literary technique, world building and character development.
Examples from the manuscript will be given to illustrate each point.
The report will also include recommendations for moving forward.The process usually takes between one week to three weeks depending on the quality of the work, or the length of the manuscript.
The report comes with suggestions on how to move forward and areas that need rewriting. You can opt for a second edit with a discount, or, if your manuscript is sufficiently polished, a reader’s report.
